What’s eligible

What is and isn’t returnable.

Typically returnable

  • Unopened product in its original, sealed packaging
  • Product within the eligible return window and in-date
  • Items free of pharmacy-applied labels or markings
  • Product stored under proper conditions (including cold-chain)

Usually not returnable

  • Opened or partially used product
  • Product outside the eligible return window or expired
  • Short-dated product sold at a discount (unless stated otherwise)
  • Items not sourced through Med Depot

Short-dated product sold at a discount may be non-returnable — we always tell you the dating up front so you can decide what makes sense for your shelves. When you buy a short-dated deal, the terms are stated clearly before you order.

How do I start a return?
Contact your account manager or our customer service team with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
How does credit work?
Approved returns are credited to your account. Your account manager will confirm the credit amount and timing when the return is authorized.
What about short-dated product?
Short-dated product sold at a discount may be non-returnable — we always tell you the dating up front so you can decide before you buy.
How long do I have?
Eligible returns must fall within the return window and be in-date. Ask us for the specific window that applies to your order.
